Inside the space in via Andrea Maffei, two dining spaces & experiences coexist, a contemporary art gallery, a studio of pilates, yoga & wellness, a classical dance academy. 2,500 square meters are also available for offices and coworking, conference rooms, meeting rooms. Workness also has representative offices and operational offices.

Some spaces are ideal location for the corporate event or the private event you are planning. We are also the perfect partners to support you with many related quality services.

Here it oozes exclusivity everywhere: in the elegant furnishings, in the intimate and relaxed environment,  in the creative design and lighting. A room capable of accommodating from 16 to 20 people, with all  the comforts you need.

REPRESENTATION 1 – 20sqm

You enter this meeting room by passing through the artistic and cultural stimuli of our gallery, Other Size Gallery. You will find an elegant, practical and bright room. A room capable of accommodating 12 people.

REPRESENTATIVE 2 – 30sqm

Practicle, professional, brightness and welcoming. This room is located on the third floor and is capable of accommodating 10 people.

Bistruccio Club – 100sqm

Exclusivity mixed with a feeling oh "home". This is the atmosphere you will breathe inside our club space. An elegant room with refined details and yet offers maximum flexibility. A baby grand piano is available to add a touch of class to your events. It can accommodate from 40 to 200 people. Direct access also to the Sala Fontana.

DANCE STUDIO – 80sqm

Used mainly for our Dance Academy & therefore designed with highly professional & technical attention, this is an elegant room that can be transformed into a magical space for a variety of events - bright, well appointed & with attention to every detail.
