Bistruccio Bistro & Bistruccio Club offer a welcome change from the usual eatery. Whether it's a business lunch or a quiet table with friends, Bistruccio Bistro or Bistruccio Club are the perfect places.

Chef VIttorio Carrozza brings understated elegance and a depth of flavours to all of his dishes.

Through great dedication and knowledge, he selects the most suitable raw ingredients and transforms them into creative and familiar dishes without losing their characteristics and individual flavours.

The Kitchens of Bistruccio Bistro and Bistruccio Club bring together experiences in many Milanese kitchens along with further experiences within the culinary scenes of Australia, The Netherlands, USA, India & UK.

Our Chef’s philosophy is to create dishes which have a strong relevant and local foundation and are of course authentically Italian however he may add an unexpected element to bring an old favourite into a more contemporary light
