MUSE: a sporting and artistic experience

Opened in 2017 and directed by Samanta Demontis, MUSE Feel Good, Sport & Well-being, is Workness' sports and arts experience. With a multidisciplinary vocation, the facility offers personalized workouts designed following a postural examination that aims to "photograph" in an absolutely objective and scientific way the postural condition of the subject by analyzing its imbalances, causes and identifying possible paths to recovery of a condition of systemic health.

Among the activities offered: Pilates with Cadillac and Reformer machines, Hatha Yoga, Indoor Cycling, Functional training with DWall in augmented reality.

To ensure a comprehensive and professional approach, the staff consists of highly qualified massage therapists, osteopaths, nutritionists, and posturologists.The team works together to provide comprehensive support to clients, addressing not only the physical aspect of training, but also aspects related to posture, nutrition, and general well-being.
