BISTRUCCIO. The cuisine built upon emotions.
BISTRUCCIO is WORKNESS CLUB's Fine Dining & Gourmet Restaurant that transcends the boundaries of the traditional restaurant, transforming into an authentic culinary gem that expresses the elegance and sophistication of WORKNESS through food.
It's a suspended, elegant and quiet place on the second floor of WORKNESS CLUB, where time expands and taste becomes essential.
A refuge for managers, professionals and operational minds who need to disconnect, without straying too far.
From morning to evening, Bistruccio is open for:
- Signature breakfasts
- Quick, but impeccable business lunches
- Reserved aperitifs
- Private dinners for groups by reservation
Every detail is designed to welcome you with discretion and style.
Where people eat with gusto, talk calmly, and build the relationships that matter.

Service designed for the time you have
- Order and service in less than 45 minutes
- Ability to reserve table or order in advance
